Refund Policy: Due to the limited availability of this event, it’s important to note that the closer to the retreat date you cancel, the less money you will receive back as a refund. If you cancel your reservation, you are eligible to receive a partial refund, provided you have canceled at least one month prior to the event. Canceling 60 days or more prior to the retreat = 50% Refund. Canceling 30-60 days prior to the retreat = 25% Refund. Canceling 30 days or less prior to the retreat = No Refund. To cancel a reservation prior to your scheduled arrival, please email info@castlehillretreats.com or call (434) 996-5372. Please note that we reserve the right to substitute an author if the scheduled author can not come due to illness or extenuating circumstances.
